The Contingency Management Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration of Contingency Management (CM) process. This will include the implementation of this process as well as the fidelity monitoring of this ongoing program. They will oversee the entire Contingency Management process and administer the agency’s contingency management treatment protocol called Incentive Manager (IM). They will be responsible for providing incentives and purchasing all required toxicology screening supplies to track protocol adherence.
Non-Exempt, Full time
Hourly Pay Range $26.44 - $28.85
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree required and 3-5 years’ experience in contingency management or a relevant field. Must complete a two-step readiness Assessment process conducted by DMHAS-University of Connecticut (UCONN) School of Medicine (SOM) Team. This includes Contingency Management training, and training on the Incentive Management System technology. Previous experience in contingency management preferred. Operational knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and MS Teams.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Valid Driver’s license required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in CM program planning and responsible for the implementation and oversight of the CM model
- Utilize designated tools and technology (IM) for drug testing and reporting to ensure adherence to a consistent and secure system for managing incentives
- Follow specific processes developed by the National Institutes of Health/National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) which will allow for real-time agency and state-level reporting
- Responsible for the Fidelity monitoring including the calculating, measuring and analyzing data obtained
- Responsible for delivery of the incentives for participating clients and ensures incentives are delivered in a timely manner
- Purchase toxicology screening items needed and maintain an accurate inventory of all supplies
- Ensure that the CM Case Manager and the CM program are compliant with agency policies
- Provide supervision to and conduct performance appraisal of the CM Case Manager
- Interface with regulatory bodies, provide written and/or oral reports, corrective action plans, and presentations as requested
- Tracks the overall progress of the CM model and provides updates on the progress of this program to the leadership team, as needed
