Recovery Support Professional I
The Recovery Support Professional will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes documenting of peer lead meetings and ongoing client safety checks.
Full-time / Non-exempt
Pay Range begins at $18.98
QUALIFICATONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Valid CT Driver’s license with ability to transport others using company vehicles

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
- Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meets weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor.
- Provides transportation to clients for appointments as needed.
- Conducts rounds consistently to ensure client and environmental safety.
- Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meets weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the program
- Provides services in other residential programs as necessary
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
